Using Cea Ocean Mineral Superfood

Food seasoning

Use Cea as a delicious food seasoning to add flavour and nutritional value to your meals. Cea replaces dry and refined forms of salt that have been leached or entirely stripped of dynamic mineral goodness through the drying process.

Mineral supplement

Add 3-5ml of Cea to one litre of filtered water for a balanced mineral supplement that is immediately absorbed by the body without the need for digestion.

Replenishment of lost fluid (rehydration) and mineral electrolytes is vitally important, particularly post-exercise. It is now a recognised fact of sports science that replacement of sodium lost in sweat is important in maximising the retention of ingested fluids. Cea can be used as a throat spray, a mouth wash, a deodorant, a hair rinse and, combined with a good carrier oil such as sweet almond or flaxseed, it makes an effective rub for muscular aches and pains.

Please note: Cea is a concentrated product. For sensitive applications dilute with filtered water before use. Imbibing large quantities of sea water can be harmful to your health. Avoid prolonged contact with metals including some low-grade stainless steels. Wipe surfaces clean with a damp cloth after use to prevent possible corrosion or decolourisation.
